Upholstery can soak up water, depending on the fabric. If it isn't professionally dried then it can take hours or even days to dry! This can cause water marks, smell and mould. Permanent damage is possible. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK.
We use a special cleaning hand tool that does not soak the fabric and we FAN DRY the upholstery so it is dry or nearly dry.
